Cana Alberona from Fairy Tail - Though I read Fairy Tail, Cana hasn't stood out as much as Lucy, Erza, Natsu, Elfman.... pretty much majority of the cast thus I have no opinion of her really.

Konan from Naruto - Never read the parts with Konan...

Misato Katsuragi from Neon Genesis Evangelion - Not much of a fan of the series...

Mizore Shirayuki from Rosario+Vampire - Never read the manga at all...

Botan from YuYu Hakusho - ...its been a very long time I've forgotten most of the series.
