Before Rachel could think more on it, her head and body felt weird and she began to enter a sort of mixed state of awareness and slumber. Rachel was in the middle of reverting back to her true form of Raven.

With the changes and programing done, 'Rachel' was no longer needed. The damage was done and now Raven was under the caster's complete control...
