Bits of metal started to form on Rukia's skin and seemingly grew out despite it being metal. It was fair to note the metal seemed to be growing darker, colder as time went on and the blue glowing seemed to be shifting.

But Rukia's thoughts turned to a subtle voice in the back of her mind. It was very quiet at first but, like her changes, it grew and was joined by more. She could make out the first part they were all saying but she couldn't hear the rest. But the voices grew louder and louder, causing Rukia to cringe.

"We are..." Rukia muttered as she felt like her mind was being assimilated by all the voices...
