Save for the original outline drawn in pencil, totally lined, colored, and shaded in Illustrator. practiced a bit more sense my last pic I posted also done in Illustrator, including line stroke, mask shading, and layering. This is THE BEST I have ever drawn Drago EVER. EDIT 2: Minor edit to the dragon and added a shadow beneath Drago. EDIT: Background and a bit of movement of items on the page. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
