Call this and Aqua's scenes today a late tribute to Shark Week. XD
Described by the Commissioner:
Basically an alternate scene of the Fishmen Island arc where Nami is captured by the New Fishmen Pirates and forced to ingest a few Energy Steroid pills.... turns out they have a very different effect on humans due to her lack of hatred for the aquatic races, turning her into a super strong Tiger shark. So she uses the confusion and her new 10x human strength and agility to escape and ends up just making due... though the transformation has dulled her moral rudder quite a bit, making her a bit more fierce and cunning in battle... or when she's hungry, or just in the mood. >:3
