Mikasa and the other members of the Survey Corp were having a small break from training at a nice shady spot. While Mikasa was standing around, she found a sharp pain erupt from the back of her neck as it felt like something bit her. She smacked the back of her neck and discovered, as she pulled hand back, she'd been bitten by an oddly colored red spider. Mikasa didn't know the species... or why her friends were suddenly really frightened looking at her....
