Sigh, I keep seeming to have issues with getting my story for my characters written and getting their appearances drawn and done. I keep coming into conflict with the way they look versus finding something even better and wanting to draw them that way or modify them as such (lets not even get into how many times I altered Wyvern >.< ). As a result, I usually keep going back and altering the story as it is to tie into what the person now looks like which can cause a whole rewrite of the story itself.

Give me some opinions: should I focus on designing the characters first before I even start writing or should I write the story first, designing on the main character first, and then design the other characters?

I'd highly suggest designing at least the main character before worrying about the storyline.

That's true. I have Drago and Manci all done and they are the main characters.

Yeah. I had to ask cause I keep seeing stuff that might be interesting to alter Wyvern to instead of puppet is my main think that keeps slowing me down. >.<

Honestly, if you were in my posistion and the backstory for WYvern is she's killed but resurrected in some new form, would you go with puppet, some form of robot, or something else all together?
